			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Dialtone Traffic Control &amp; Training announces two new courses available in Narrabri.</strong></p>
<p>At 9:00am on the 25th August, 2011 Dialtone will be hosting a Traffic Controller &#8211; Blue Ticket course at Best Employment &#8211; 87 Maitland Street Narrabri, NSW 2390.</p>
<p>Bookings are essential.</p>
<p>The Traffic Controller Course is designed for any person required to control traffic using a Stop-Slow bat in the Road Construction and Maintenance Industry. You will learn to understand the role of a Traffic Controller, apply the procedures of traffic controlling within a worksite, operate a two way radio correctly and effectively and promote the role of traffic controller in the community.</p>

<p>The following day; 9:00am on the 26th August, 2011 Dialtone will be hosting an Apply Traffic Control Plans &#8211; Yellow Card course, also at Best Employment Narrabri.</p>
<p>Again, bookings are essential.</p>
<p>The Apply Traffic Control Plans Course is designed for any person that is required to set up and work with Traffic Control Plans (TCP) issued by a supervisor or manager. You will learn to identify safety implications of traffic control at roadwork’s and personal responsibilities, set up and close down traffic control devices according to a nominated TCP, to OHS and legislative requirements, operate a 2-way radio correctly and effectively, check, clean and store equipment on completion of work and close down a TCP.</p>
