Agencies who wish to register clients/personnel via Purchase Order can do so by calling Dialtone on 02 4285 1010.

You can still submit an offline booking to ensure the spaces you need are reserved. You will then need to call and arrange the PO details ASAP to ensure the reservations are kept.

In the event of an offline booking, please quote the Course, Date, Booking Name and/or Booking Email when calling one of our representatives. This information is sent to the email address entered in the booking form.

All cancellations must be received at least 2 business days before the start of the course and registration refunds are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.

To avoid the cancellation fee, you can be booked into a course on a later date. That course will need to have available spaces. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

You will need to reference the course, the course date, your name and/or your email address (if you booked and paid online). This information is sent to the email address entered in the booking form.

No refunds will be made for requests received after the 2-business day window. Refunds will be issued in the same form payment was made. Please allow two weeks for processing. Registrants who cancel will not receive course materials.
